01 Tell Us About Your Event
Give us the details: what you're hosting, where, and when.
Then choose how much coverage you need:

02 Livestream Story Coverage

Want your audience following along in real time?
Choose whether you'd like us posting to your Instagram Stories throughout the event: candid moments, behind-the-scenes peeks, and key highlights shared live as they happen.
Great for building anticipation and FOMO while the event is still going.
03 Choose Your Reels Package
(OPTIONAL)
If you want polished, edited Reels made from the footage, pick a package of 2 to 8 reels.
Before the event, we'll strategize with you on direction. Whether that's jumping on specific trends you have in mind, or going with generic BTS-style storytelling that highlights the energy of the day.
Reels are edited and delivered to you within 2 days of the event.
04 Next Day Delivery
No waiting weeks. Every clip we capture, story-ready or not, gets delivered to you the following day, so you have full access to everything we shot, ready to post, archive, or hand off to your own team.
